Pakora Session #1

We would like to say a huge thank you to the West of Orkney Wind Farm for giving us funding for some pakora making sessions. Tonight the wonderful Sheetal ran the first of our four sessions and it was fantastic. The young folk all did a great job and judging by how quickly the pakora and dipping sauce were eaten they tasted brilliant. Future chefs in the making. Thank you Sheetal for the time, thought and effort you have put into this.
